About Us

GES was founded by Christopher James Gannon, a former British Fire Chief and Government Adviser, he is globally recognized as a pioneer of international Fire Service reform.

After designing, reviewing and restructuring fire and rescue organizations in over 30 countries, Gannon recognised that Fire Departments with limited budgets needed comprehensive and affordable help, he saw that charitable donations do not survive and do not create standardization or sustainability.

He decided to retire early from Government service and dedicate his unique collection of global experience to improving Fire Departments in developing countries.

Most Consultants are retired pensioners whose experience is limited to a career in one state or national organization, they only recommend what they know.

GES brings ideas, practices and procedures from many different environments around the world and the unparalleled knowledge results in imaginative, effective improvements that no-one else can offer.

GES has established relationships with Manufacturers, Suppliers and Institutions who share our humanitarian vision and provide vehicles and equipment at 20-30% of their commercial value uniquely to GES projects.

A select team of the worlds most experienced Training Instructors and specialists have pledged their services to GES and we offer an unmatched resource of skills and services that would normally be financially impossible to access for many Fire Departments.
